We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To begin the return process, please contact us at hotcollectibles.cs@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
