When you place a pre-order with Hot Collectibles, you secure a reservation for an upcoming release.
Pre-Order Payment
- A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your pre-order.
- At checkout, a non-refundable deposit (typically 20%) will be charged.
- The remaining balance + shipping fees will be due once the product arrives in our warehouse.
- Our team will notify you via email with payment instructions before shipment.
- Your order will ship only after full payment is received.
Pre-Order Shipping
- An estimated shipping date is listed on the product page.
- Delays from manufacturers may occur Hot Collectibles is not responsible for these delays.
- We ship as soon as stock arrives in our warehouse.
Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?
- Yes, pre-orders can be canceled anytime.
- A 15% cancellation fee (based on the full item price) applies.
